At Kismet by Milka, we want you to cherish your fine jewelry pieces forever; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return window for eligible items in their original condition. Please note that custom-made orders and personalized engravings are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer concierge team via email within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the jewelry in its original designer box and protective packaging to ensure it remains unscratched and secure during transit.

• 3.
  Shipping and Insurance

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes.

  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our artisans verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
